Reviews: " The music was wonderful. I can only heap on superlatives. So much 'film' music is truly dreadful - nature films, surging
waves, cue surging music. Michel Duvoisin's music counterpoints the lives of the people with great beauty... brilliant"

"The soundtrack: It was the perfect compliment to what was an extraordinary moment of television...
It's not often I hear something that captures my imagination these days... but this did!"

"...The music is lovely and stunning..."

"Michel Duvoisin’s music in all fields has been heard around the world to critical acclaim and awards..."

"He is best known for his diversity, originality, and his open-minded, sometimes quirky approach to the score..."
Of Himself:
"I formally trained as a classical trumpet player at New England Conservatory, Boston USA, once in the UK, I concentrated on having fun, in the wonderful world that joins formal music with spontaneity.
With my band, and as guest musician on various projects, I somehow found myself writing music for film and stage, in between doing the band, classical music, and experimental stuff..."
Theatre Music:
"Far From The Madding Crowd" - Edinburgh Festival
"Romeo and Juliet" - Questors Theatre
"Isberd" - Company Of  Angels, Directed by Benn Kidd

Various other plays for London Theatre - From Holocaust Tourism to hip-hop Shakespeare, Barber-shop Quartets to incidental modern classical commissions.
Technical / Instrumentation:
Although from time to time I make use of sequenced music, I always add live guitars, bass, pianos, keyboards, wind instruments, trumpet etc... and a collection of world & other wonderful instruments:  mandolin, bazuki, accordion, zither, you name it - it’s magic!
